When it comes to Japanese food in Singapore, there are just too many options. If you would want to try authentic and signature dishes, Tonkotsu Kazan Ramen should be a good pick. The restaurant is known for its unbelievable delicacies, especially their volcano ramen that gives the eatery its name. The restaurant makes their own noodles and the broths here, especially the pork broth, are incredible, because these are slow cooked for over 10 hours.
Tonkotsu Kazan Ramen has an outlet on the first floor of Bukit Panjang Plaza. Do try their gyozas or Japanese dumplings, which are incredibly satiating.
